Our Services
Our clinicians come from a variety of educational backgrounds and have specialties that are diverse. It is our mission to help as many members of our community as possible, and we show it by having wrap around services that can meet all of your family’s mental health needs. Whether having several members of your family seeing clinicians in our office or working collaboratively with providers who provide testing and medication management. Our goal is to reduce your stress and focus on your wellness inside and out.
Our Approach
Our clinicians are trained in a number of treatment approaches used to address a number of issues. Treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodyanamic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
Phone Intake
As a client who has never been seen at our office, you will be asked a number of questions, which is a part of our “phone intake.” You will be asked questions regarding demographic information, insurance information, reason for why you are seeking treatment, etc. This information is necessary to set up your first appointment with a clinician.
Insurance
We accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Allways, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Beacon Health Options, Massachusetts Behavioral Health Plan, Tufts Health Plan, Tufts Public Plans (Together, Unify, and Direct), Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, United Behavioral Health, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, and Unicare.
Please note that each clinician may not take all listed health insurance plans. You are welcome to see each clinician's profile to see which insurance they do take or call the office to inquire about whether the clinician of your choice is able to take your health insurance.
We will check your benefits and let you know of them. If you would like to know before your first session, you may call your insurance as well. At this time, we do not accept out of network insurance.

First Appointment
Scheduling an appointment depends on a number of factors such as whether you are requesting a specific clinician and also your availability. When you meet your clinician, you can expect to complete your intake paperwork which includes demographic information, insurance information, policies and procedures, privacy statements, etc.
When you are finished filling out the paperwork, your clinician will meet with you privately. During this time, your clinician will receive background information and identify any goals that you would like to achieve in your work together, should you decide to continue treatment.
We understand that connection is extremely important when it comes to the clinician and client relationship. You may find that you and your clinician may not be connecting well. Should this happen, please let either your clinician or our Office Manager know and we will attempt to find a clinician with whom you can connect well with.

Medication
Unfortunately, we do not have an on site psychiatric medication provider. However, we have relationships with several medication providers in the area and can make appropriate referrals for medication.
Client Forms
Once you call our office and confirm an appointment time, the intake paperwork will be sent via email to you to complete. If you have not received your paperwork, please contact our office by phone or email at [email protected].
