Meghan McDermott, LCSW

Meghan graduated with a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Newbury College and a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Wheelock College.  Meghan also obtained a certification in Early Childhood Mental Health and completed training in Solution Focused Therapy.  As an Independent Licensed Certified Social Worker (LICSW), Meghan is experienced with addressing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and other mental health needs.  She also has experience working with children, adolescents, and families; particularly children and adolescents within special-education, residential, correctional, and crisis settings. Meghan is a strengths-based clinician who works creatively to meet an individual's needs.
